Haven't heard from Doctor Eugene Chadbourne in awhile. If you don't know who he is....he is a REAL eccentric...not to be confused with the fakes out there. Last time I checked him was with the Rake Quartet at the Kumbuwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz circa 1991 or so...with Camper Van Beethoven. Great show. They also put out a couple of albums as Eugene Van Beethoven and Camper Van Chadbourne ..also checked the legendary Bill Bruford (from Yes) at the Kumbuwa and chatted with him...before he officially retired from the music biz.
